When buying finished packaged goods in a store, you should strictly follow the instructions for use, since different manufacturers use different methods of its preparation. There may be differences in use.

The most popular recipes used at home are the following:

  1. Decoction. To create it, you need 2 tbsp. tablespoons of pre-chopped Chicory pour 1 liter of boiling water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool, strain. Drink 100 ml three times a day 15 minutes before a meal. The course of therapy is 1 month,
  2. Infusion with rose hips. It is necessary to take in equal amounts (2 teaspoons): Chicory, Rosehip, Juniper, Goose cinquefoil, Mint. To this add 250-350 ml of hot water and insist in a thermos for about 3 hours. Strain and drink throughout the day in 3 divided doses before meals. The duration of such recovery is 14 days.
  3. In the form of a regular drink. Enough 2 teaspoons of the finished powder pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes and drink. It is undesirable to add milk. Such a combination can lead to pressure surges.

Harm from chicory

There are some restrictions on the use of the plant.

Contraindications to the active use of a natural remedy:

  • Individual intolerance.
  • Arterial hypertension with frequent crises.
  • Digestive tract diseases (ulcer, gastritis).
  • Severe hepatic or renal failure.
